Handling ammonia at a urea plant in Nigeria

Nigeria – a custom engineered pump.
The Challenge
Ammonia is highly volatile and we needed to feed the liquid ammonia required for urea production to the synthesis equipment.
The Solution
A horizontal multistage pump was custom made to withstand high-suction pressure. A double-casing structure with high sealing properties handles the volatile ammonia.

Boiler feed pump made for ethylene plant - North America

North America – API610 compliant horizontal double-casing multistage pump.
The Challenge
The ethylene plant needed an API610 compliant pump to supply water to the boiler used for power generation that wouldn’t use too much time for maintenance.
The Solution
The double-casing pump with shaft seal and forced lubrication system has excellent ease of maintenance. Additionally, performance error between parallel operated pumps is reduced.
